Please make a habit of checking this page every time they visit the site. That way, the most time-critical information will always be a click away.
We've included a Parents' Guide. This is a detailed layout of what we'd like to see from active adults - beyond just the leaders. Please have a llook and become involved.
On Sunday, March 25, there will be a swim test for summer camp taking place at the Sauk Prairie pool. We will meet at the Mazo Community Building at 1:00pm - Testing starts at 2:00pm. We plan on being back by about 3:30pm, depending on how many kids attend. Cost for the test is $3.00. Please use the generic permission slip below. IMPORTANT: Boys MUST have current health forms to participate.
We've just started a page with links to Eagle-related paperwork, forms, activities, rules, etc. As more information becomes available we will be adding it. This appears under Eagle Resources in the contents or you can click HERE.
Finally, be sure to fill out a permission slip and get it to Ms. Schultz by departure of any trip. Like the health forms, we cannot bring any boy who doesn't have a permission slip. Simply click the link to the permission slip, print it out, and fill in the details.
The above permission slip links are generic. These can be used for any trip or event by simply filling in the proper blanks.
In some cases, permission slips will be made for specific trips or events and will appear below, appropriately labeled.

Every year the health forms must be updated. For the boys, they're good for 3 years unless something changes, so for most of us, dating and signing is all that's required. For adults over 40, it's an annual update. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Kirchman.
The health forms must be up-to-date and on file with the troop. You can get blank forms via the links below. These are .pdf documents. They should open on your computer. If not, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free. Just go to www.adobe.com. On the first page, you will see a button to "Get Adobe Reader." Select that and follow the instructions.

Health forms MUST be up-to-date and on file before scouts can go on any trip. This means you. We're sorry, but anyone who doesn't have a health form turned in to Ms. Schultz by or before departure will not be able to participate. This is a BSA rule, not ours.
We have several boys that are rapidly approaching their Eagle Scout rank. Part of the process is for them to get recommendation letters from various community members. There is a form for the letter, and we've included it here. This is a .PDF file, so you can open it, print a copy for each reference, and hand it out. Click HERE to open.
